Short term disability coverage

How often to update disability insurance coverage?  I purchased a short-term disability plan through a group plan with my employment 11 years ago.  Premiums and benefits based upon salary.  I still work for the same company but earn a much higher salary?  Should this coverge be updated?

11 thumbs up

Most companies have experts that will advise employees and since each policy is different, it is recommended that you check with the Human Resources office in your company. Good luck!
