Sharp stomach pains after drinking

My stomach has these sharp pains today, and I was partying last night.  All I drank was cranberry and absolute.  I felt fine last night and I didn't have a hang-over today or anything.  It's just that today I have these pains.  Is there something I should/shouldn't eat or some medicine that you think would be a good idea?

Best thing I can think of is lots of water to help the body detox itself. If you want to help the liver

here is something that can help.
