Sharp pain in left breast?

I have this sharp pain on the left side of my left breast . It feels like something's burning on the inside and it lasted for like 20 mins the first time and stays longer everytime I get it. The last time it started an hour ago and still going. The periods in between are approximately 2 hours. I'm 18 btw. A couple of weeks till my next period

So what could it be?

If this helps I woke up yestrday morning with a massive pain in my waist [Right side, gets worse when I try to walk] and then it faded to the bottom, same as appendicitis.
