Sharp Aquuos 37"
My Sister-in-Law just got the set from Amazon.com. She has had it for 3 days. It always had a "framed" picture which she was unable to get to full screen(bars on top,bottom & both sides). She has an HD box with Time Warner cable. Last night my nephew was watching it and it suddenly went off. When they try to turn the TV on they get 2 blinking green lights one is power and the other is "OPC, or OCP" the TV will not turn on-no sound no picture no anything. They have rebooted the "cable box" but I think the problem is with the TV not the cable. Any suggestions? I feel horrible for my SIL she has no luck with TV's and I don't know what could be wrong. Is there anything that needs to be re-set and can we re-set it? Please help she is a single Mom and this TV fiasco is something she doesn't deserve. She seems so sad and defeated.
