Sharing your will with your family

Do you have a will?

If you do, did you share it with your family? Do you think it wise to share/not share with your beneficiaries? COuld it cause a rift in the family?

We don't yet have a will, but when we do, we will inform those who are in it.

I have a will.  I share it with my wife.  We also have one in the event we both are dead

 We both know the contents.

It would probably cause a rift if I mentioned the contents to my siblings, etc.  So they can wait until I pass away.

I do have a will but I have never shared it with anyone in the family -- at least not its entirety. I may have shared a few portions but I've kept all the details in trust with my lawyer and executor. I think its better that way.
