A:

Set up a meeting with the principal and have all of the interested parents present. Have someone keep notes on meeting. Also have all parents there sign a petition to remedy situation. It's best to speak with all parents prior to meeting and document issues. Be prompt, clear, and thorough about every concern. The quicker you act, the faster the matter will be resolved. Be patient but swift. If that fails bring it to school board, local newspaper, and television network. Always let it be known that the children are the number one concern and that you all want positive, responsible, and professional role models as coaches. Anything less is unacceptable! Good luck!
