Sex with underage girl

If a boy that has gone through puberty has sex with a girl who has not, and he does not wear a condom, could he get that girl pregnant? If he does wear a condom, and does the same thing, does it matter?

You should not be having sex with a girl who has not gone through puberty.  that's called pedophila.  The body has not matured and grown enough to accept this act.  If you are going to do "it", find someone closer to your own age and maturity level(bodily) and let the little girls play with the dolls.

Girls can get pregnant prior to their first period, as the first period is a sign that the reproductive cycle has already started, ie. the girl has released her first egg about a month previously.

 And seriously if you are having sex with a girl that hasnt started puberty, you need serious help, It is illegal and sick. Given that on average a girl will enter pubert around the age of 10, in some cases this can be as young as 7!
