No, there is absolutely no way to predict whether you will conceive a boy or a girl, there is a 50/50 chance.  If you have a genetic disorder that is dominant in one sex, then you can talk to your doctor about selective egg implantation.

absolutely not. the gender has nothing to do with when were or how u do it. it is totaly deternined by the x and y chromazones

There is never a 100% way to determine the gender of the baby -- regardless of what people or experts tell you. What you should aim for is a healthy baby, not the gender.
