I Had Sex 4 Days Before My Period Could I Be Pregnant?

I Had Sex On The 29th Of October, (Unprotected). I Got My Period On The 3rd Of November, I Have Really Painful Cramps On My Left Side Of My Hip, Im Weeing Alot And Also Have Really Sore Breast That Have Been Hurting For 2 Weeks But Since The Day After Me And My Partner Had Sex They Have Got Even Worse, I Dont Know What To Say Could I Be Pregnant Or Not? If Any One Could Help, It Would Be Helpful Thank You! <3

It sounds to me like you are having pregnancy symptoms. However, if your breasts were hurting even before you slept with your partner, it could be possible that you may have gotten pregnant earlier then you think. That doesn't mean to say that you are 100% pregnant. I would suggest that you take a pregnancy test. You might even want to have a blood test done with your doctor.
