It is not a law ask these CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY and any one who gives credit to you Yes most credit reporting agencys say that forecloser is as bankrupcy your are had for 7-10 years to rebuild your credit ask any bank or better yet contact a attorney that is the eay it is.
