i have just purchased a sonicview satelite setup ...can anyone give me some instructions on setting this up  i have the dish up and wire run to the tv...what next  and the satelite has a strong signal through  the meter...how to i program the receiver for an american satelite ..i live on the northeast coast...can i get stations like NBC CBS ABC FOX LIFETIME, dISNEY CARTOONS ETC.  Ihave a Usb port in front of receiver
