Is anyone else on the Sensa weight loss plan? I would love to chat with someone who is and find out how they're doing and what they are experiencing.
I started three days ago so it's a little early to report. Whether it's just psychological 'cause it's new to me and I'm thinking about it or whether it's really working...I am noticing feeling fuller quicker and so have eaten less.

It does work, it makes you feel fuller faster..it definately controls your appetite. The trick is to make sure that you use it every time you eat!
