WHO are these Senators?

In this article you start by stating that senators devert funds. Which senators? By not giving names you make it seem like the Democratic addministration is the first and only ones to ever divert funds for their own pet projects please be more specific.

This question is much too long and complicated for a small paragraph. I went and did the old Google standby and they have a slew of answers for you. Just Google ; the senators who divert war funds to pet projects. It will outline it more clearly than I can. Good luck.Hope you find everything you want to know.
