A:

18% morphology doesn't mean you can't achieve a pregnancy. Although above 50% is considered normal, with a good count it is definitely possible - even without medical intervention.

One method that could improve your chances is IUI - where a higher concentration of healthy sperm could be injected directly to your uterus at the optimal time in your cycle.

In your position, if I wanted another child, I would not give up.
