Selling Roses at Night Clubs,,,Please Help

I live in Maryland. I want to start a business selling fresh roses/flowers at night clubs and restaurants, and need some help trying to do this. What licences would I need? How do I set up wholesale accounts? Is there any info on the web about starting this "flower girl business?" Cause I sure cannot find it!!

Please help me, My husband is sick and I need to make some quick money!!!
