Does next years (2010)  week transfer to buyer of deeded timeshare if the maintenance fees have all ready been paid by seller for 2010 and the seller hasn't all ready banked them with an exchange company like RCI?

yes ... you are correct. with all you have said, it is absolute.   Laughing

btw, the "buyer" should pay the Maint Fee for 2010 and Legal fees. YOUR CHOICE.
