Please remember that you were born beautiful and perfect - and that beautiful perfect person is still there, but you can't see her anymore because you are allowing other people's opinions to keep her hidden.

It doesn't mater one tiny bit how tall or short you are, how much you weigh, what grades you get, how much money you've got, where you come from, the colour of your skin etc. These are all externals.

It also doesn't matter one tiny bit what other people think about you or say about you. They are entitled to their opinions.

All that matters is that you know your Self - the Self that was born, and still is, perfect and beautiful and worthy.

You are in this world to become all that you are capable of being, to use your unique gifts, to live up to the potential you born with and to enjoy the happiness, joy, success and peace that is your right.

You are the perfect You - not the version of You your parents or friends think you are

Feel that perfect You inside and let her shine! Refuse to allow anybody or anything to dim that light. Think, speak and act as the perfect You and before long, that's who the world will see.

And anyone who doesn't see it is blind  to the beauty of the world - but that's their problem, not yours.

Embrace your future with both arms and enjoy every minute of it.

It is YOUR future, YOUR life - and nobody can hold you back unless you let them!
