Olivia - It might be Pet Groom Pro, which has a removable plate that you pop out, and it brings the collected hair with it.  I just checked, and it is no longer available at the "As seen on TV" and "Amazon.com" websites.  You can Google it, and probably find a similar product.

thanks, but thats not it. on this one you just push a botton on the handle. Its more like the petsy..but thats not it either. I saw it on tv this morning. Maybe it will be on again next week!

I just spent 1 hour looking my self, finally,  I used "balloon" for the search in google, and voila! petzoom.com  I hope this helps
