Selena Gomez & Andrew Seeley kissing scene? Illegal?

I just saw Disney's Another Cinderella Story and I really enjoyed it. But I'm curious, what does the law say about a 16-year-old kissing a 26-year-old? I mean, any other time it would be illegal, right? But the characters in the movie have 2 kissing scenes and there is a major difference in age (Gomez just turned 16 and Seeley is 26). Because it's work, is this legal? Or did her parents have to give consent?

I'm curious myself but unfortunately, I couldn't find anything of substance online. People magazine had information/gossip about Gomez and one of the Jonas brothers and nothing about Seeley.

the juicier the better

The age of consent only applies to sex and not to kissing so there is no law against it.

NO. It's not illegal if you kiss its just illegal if you have sex..so to answer your question no, its not illegal.
