Recipe is from a little Restaurant in a little town in Iowa not sure if this is where it started. 5lbs very finely ground beef 85%, 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 heaping tsps "creamy" horseradish, 3 level tsps worcestershire sauce, 5 heaping tsps salt, 1 tsp accent, dash of pepper, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup of water.  Add all to large pot or skillet, bring to boil and cook for 15-20 min.
