I've been searching forever! Does anybody out there know anything about a case believed to be by name of Mohammed vs Warden of California Dept of Corrections? Specifically the case whereas two cell mates were convicted with posession of contraband. The other cell mate pleaded guilty to posession, Mohammed appealed his conviction and case was elevated to a higher court. The outcome was that Mohammed was relieved of the charges given that the cell mate pleaded guilty. Please help if you know. Thank you.
