Sci-fi horror story 3

“The Reign of Darkness!”

One bright and sunny day, there was an accident that took place, involving 3 cars and two pedestrians. There were police, paramedics, and fire department crawling all over the scene.

It seemed bizarre that a sudden storm took over the Earth shortly after. Strong winds, loud thunder, scorching temperatures, and heavy lightening had unleashed intense darkness that was so heavy, that you could feel it.  As a result, a deep silence fell upon the land, as people stood still in the darkness. Not knowing if to feel sympathy for the accident victims or to react to the sudden storm, the people stood listless.

Thereafter, mayhem is the victor, as people began to struggle to remain calm. As they thrashed about to find their way in the darkness, they were in search of a reason for the sudden madness and soon to be in search of water and other rations for survival.  They became violent and aggressive with one another, as though they became a product of evil.

Present, is an attorney, whose name is Larry. He is afraid of the darkness which engulfs him. Larry decides to venture out to search for a place where he could be most comfortable and safe. During his journey, he saw the strong killing the weak to consume their flesh, people looting, buildings on fire as a result of electrical shortages, people screaming in agony, and a woman weeping.

This woman is a doctor and her name is Jane. She wept because she, too, was afraid of what the world had become in just a matter of minutes. Larry, needing a companion, asked Jane to travel with him and she agreed.

As they took their journey through the dark bewilderment, they encountered people shooting at one another, as though they have entered into a war zone. People were lying about with limbs shot off, innards laying beside them, and bleeding to death with the stench of burnt tissue polluting the air.

They continued to pass by the war zone and met a man who is incredibly manipulative, and is also a pedophile.  He was a judge in his time and his name is Mack. Mack has a spiteful disposition and at the drop of a hat, can be exceedingly jubilant. Although Larry and Jane needed help, they were judging Mack according to his nature, therefore, they did not want him to accompany them. Mack, being manipulative, suggested they allow him to go and he will lead them to fresh water. Larry and Jane agreed, as they were parched.

As the trio continued on, they came across another building on fire. It was a massive fire, as people were jumping out of the windows of the building to save themselves only falling to their deaths. They witnessed a man breaking glass from the windows so that he could escape, but the burning fire demolished his entire body. They tried to help him, but were ineffective. When the fire subsided, they could see his body, as it was nothing but an empty, burnt corpse. The trio turned away as they could not bare to see it.

They heard a cry for help. While investigating this cry, the trio saw a mentally challenged boy trapped under the debris. His mental capacity is like that of a six year old. He had been there for awhile and had not been burned at all. This boy lived most of his life at home with his parents who took care of him. His name is Charlie and he is seventeen years old. They all decided it would be best to take Charlie with them, in hopes of finding his parents.  Charlie cordially followed them, however, was extremely afraid of Mack. Mack knew Charlie was afraid and taunted him to the extreme.

The group came across a small rest area that had not been occupied and decided there, they will rest.

Mack was the first to arise. As he watched the others sleep, he started planning routes that would lead them to water. Charlie was the second to arise, only to be in the company of Mack, while the others slept. With Charlie being impressionable, Mack insisted that Charlie slaughter  Jane Larry while they slept. Mack’s description on how they should be killed was graphic and greatly harsh, that it caused Charlie to become nauseous.

Mack, being a troubled individual, offered Charlie a weapon and continued to attempt to manipulate him into committing these cruel and harsh crimes. He further offered that if he committed these cruel crimes, he would show him to his loving parents. Although Charlie wanted to be with his parents, he refused this offer without hesitation and retreated to a neutral corner.

There was a stranger present who had stumbled onto their paths and overheard the conversation. His name is Butch and he is a fugitive, wanted for the murder of twelve people. When Butch advanced them, he said. “leave the boy alone or I will slay you, for I abhor bullies.”

Since Butch’s killing spree, he has since changed his heart. He explained to Mack that killing was wrong. While Mack mumbled his words in resentment, Butch woke the others.

Butch informed them that the direction they were heading was not safe and suggested they follow him. He explained they have a choice and if they make the wrong choice, it will cost them their lives.

Mack argued that Butch is a deranged killer and is leading them to be slaughtered. Butch and Mack had a debate over who should be the guide, as the others were left not trusting neither of them. Mack managed to convince them, so they followed Mack.

The group went to the darkest part of the city, where people were swinging blades and other weapons in an attempt to slaughter them. Blood is streaming down the sides of these people mouths as though they just had a drink of human blood. Rats were feeding on what was left of the decomposed flesh on corpses, as it reeked of a disgusting odor. The group knew this was the part where Mack deceived them to have them killed.

Mack laughed as though it was entertaining.  Butch had a can of mace which he used to disable the beings from seeing. This enabled the group to escape to another part of the city, where all they smell was decomposed flesh. There were no carcasses, just the stench of rotting human tissue. The odor was so powerful that it caused them to gag. They were cautious and afraid, but continued to move on.

There they saw a senator who had escaped the clutches of the cannibals and had hidden in a dark crevice. Her name is Cheryl. Mack was cruel to this woman because she reminded him of a woman who helped put him away for rape/molestation. She pleaded that the group let her travel with them, however, was highly agitated by Mack. Knowing how Mack can be difficult to deal with, the group overlooked Mack’s attitude and allowed her to join them.

All this time, Charlie is careful to steer clear of Mack because of what Mack tried to make him do. He sensed Mack had a dark purpose. Now, Mack wants to befriend Butch because they are both head strong. The only way Mack can conceive of a way to become friends, is to converse to gain Butch’s trust. He discussed with Butch things from his past. After telling Butch of what he had done, Butch felt obliged to reciprocate in kind, by telling Mack his past. They both seemed to have formed a bond.

Mack suggested the others were unfair by not letting Butch be the guide. He also stated, the others will turn him in, once the ordeal is over. Mack then, advised Butch to kill them all in order to escape. Butch, struggling to keep control over his emotions, denied his impulses. Mack then backed off, proclaiming, “Butch is weak.”

Mack finally brought the group to water. They drank all they could from a fountain and rested. Now, they are looking for a safe haven where they could eat and sleep. Mack suggested the perfect place and they continued to follow. Butch decided to go elsewhere, as they had enough of Mack and did not want to follow him anymore. Charlie decided to accompany Butch.

The place where Mack had taken them was just around the corner from they were. It was a house that belong to Mack, however, had not been occupied since Mack’s incarceration.

Mack prepared a feast for him and his guests, as they were all surprised that Mack played the perfect host. While dining, the group talked about everything. Jane talked about how she allowed people to die because they did not have insurance. Larry talked about how he did not give proper representation to his clients because he was indebted to politicians and other attorneys. Cheryl discussed her affairs with married men. Mack, being a mischievous individual, laughed and assured them they did nothing wrong, as they did what they felt they had to do. Mack showed them their sleeping quarters and retired for the evening.

Through the night, they could not sleep as they noticed shadows of people being clubbed, chopped, and gobbled by others. Bats were by the thousands and in a frenzy, as they flew over the house. Beautiful  women were at the windows to seduce them, as though they were women of the streets. Then, the women would transform into disfigured women. It appeared that the dark city had somehow grown, as living organisms do.

The group stepped outside to get a better view on what has transpired to their glorious city. They could not believe their eyes. They saw a few passersby who seemed to be in a trance and was non-respondent. They pondered, was it an act of terrorism.

While Mack was inside sleeping, they decided to take the car in the garage to find help. They drove for hours and no help was available. They could not understand why daylight had not come after forty-eight hours. They drove to the bridge to cross to the other side, but the bridge was gone. They tried to take a boat ride across, but the boat could not stay afloat. They even tried to swim, but each time, the current became stronger and pushed them back onto the riverbank. Larry decided to take the highway to another city, but at the edge of the dark city, the highway was also gone.

Buildings started falling at their feet. They ran as fast as they could, dodging debris with heavy breathing. It was like the buildings were chasing them. Snakes were in trees and in the grass, hissing at them. No plant life lived through this ordeal. They ended up back at Mack’s house baffled and exhausted.

Mack was awaiting their return with a smile on his face. He said, “I knew you would come back. Come, let us get some rest, as we have a busy day ahead of us.” Mack then suggested they lock the house tightly to keep out danger.

The next morning, Larry, Cheryl, and Jane wanted to go outside to look for help, again. unfortunately they could not get pass the secured doors. They tried the windows, which had not been opened since the last time Mack was there. They even tried climbing out of a basement window, that was too small, even a child could not get through. Cheryl stood there in shock, thinking, they were trapped. They tried beating on the doors and breaking the windows, but nothing helped. They went  to wake Mack for the keys just when he entered the room.

Mack asked, “why are you destroying my home?“ They demanded that he open the doors so they could leave. Mack explained he could not do that, as the keys were gone. Cheryl exclaimed, “I am a senator and if you do not open this door you will be in trouble like you have never seen!”

Mack laughed and said, “who is Mack?” My name is Lucifer. Welcome to my humble abode, which is HELL. Once you check in, you cannot check out. Here you will be for an eternity!” Mack continued to laugh so hard that the sound was ringing in their ears, as it echoed throughout the house. As he laughed, he played back their journey in their minds. Showing them remnants of hell; massive fire, corruption, destruction, lies, deceit, lust, death, war and confusion, hate, greed, fornication, and darkness.

Mack explained, “There was a fatal accident involving seven people. Butch, Charlie, Charlie’s parents, Jane, Cheryl, and Larry. Charlie’s parents survived. The rest of you died. Charlie and Butch decided not to follow me, whereas, you have chosen to follow me. You have done my works in life and now you will continue to do my works in hell, which is your eternal deaths. Your corrupt deeds brought you to me as you have chosen to follow me.”

Mack continued by saying, “Larry, Jane, and Cheryl; you are now my lap dogs. Since you have chosen to follow me and to do what is of me, I will give you eternal death as your reward. I led you here, to this part of hell, where you will continue to do my works and there is no escaping hell. Hell is growing so that I will have space for more souls”

As Mack laughs, it echoed from room to room. Then, more true visuals of HELL appeared! The beautiful brick walls transformed into walls of  rock with blood stains. The beautiful hardwood floors became dirt. Death was all around them, sounds of agony, smell of dead flesh, massive fire, endless suffering, bondage, demons, darkness, confusion, chaos, murder, deceit, soul keeper, condemned souls, stealing, lustful desires, fighting, hatred, etc.. Then, hell stretched tall and wide as it grew and everything was eternal!

The End!

If you think Obama's system is working, ask someone who isn't!

That story is as depressing and bitter as the lunatic who posted that bit of anger.  It is dull because the lunatic who posted it is dull.

Maybe Queenbee will quit spreading hate and malice when our homeland is in the flames of civil war.

Since her bitter story is full of hatred and death, then that is what she and her miserable gang of racists had in mind for us all -- hopeless hate.
