I sugget you try   to check gently with your kids  how do they  feel  towards getting back to  school. Find out what are their  expectations  and  what are their fears. Give them the feeling that you understand them and try to answer there dilemas.
Then start  organizing  the sleeping hours.  Many children become day and night - day and night sleep. They should return to  the  routine of  the ordinary sleeping hours.
