I don't think there are any statistics available on what percentage what to get rid of uniforms but if there were, I think you may be surprised that most students these days prefer school uniforms over anything else. It alleviates the pressure of being "cool" by not having to worry about buying the expensive "hip" clothes to wear to school each day. I think it really puts students on a level playing field.
