Not much. The difference between the C-1 plus and the hellraiser except for EMG and tremolo.

Also slightly bigger frets on hellraiser. Jumbo verses x/ Jumbo and inlays.

C-1 special has 22 frets and dot inlays. both are great for the money,

I own 1 of each.
