I believe that they have been together since the spring of 2007. I am pretty sure that it was public knowledge, as I remember seeing pictures of them together at events and parties, as well as reading about them in the gossip magazines. Though they were seen publicly together, I think that they tried to keep the details of their relationship private, and I don't blame then either!
