Scandal of the year

Buckeye gave a pretty good answer but I think we should consider Amy Whinehouse. She has been making a fool of herself all through 2008.

All good answers, however, I think the scandal of the year is the economy.  More specifically, the price gouging of oil companies and the inflated salaries and lame excuses of their CEOs when they went before Congress; the downfall of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and their CEO's salaries and ridiculous rationales; the need to bailout so many companies who were spending our money on lavish trips and bonuses after they got the help they claimed they needed.  All of these companies knew they were in trouble long before 2008 but what we learned about them when they came with their hats out for funding was, in my opinion, truly scandalous--and inexcusable on so many levels.

Keebler1 said it all. We should nationalize these businesses and use the profits to better our educational , health care, and transportation systems. 

Allowing a bail-out of Billions of Dollars to American Corporatations Executives to salvage their businesses without their removal and also against all voting and Tax Payers approvals.

The scandal of the year is always the same: Using information systems, tv, radio, newspapers, internet etc. in a way that affect people psicologicaly and make them to focus the world in a negative and very bad way, that somebody behind the scene want us to believe in pooverty and a hard life, to take benefit from the fears, guiltines, sicknes and everything that had been caused by that negative influence, think in that and you will see the trut, maybe are the sionist again trying to keep us slaves of our weakness for they can approach or maybe is pure devil and paranoia...

The biggest scandal is yet to be discovered by the foolish people that voted for Obama.   If the Supreme Court does it's job, they will hear the staggering evidence regarding Obama's birth information, and will deem him ineligable for office as he was not a natural born American citizen.  This is one of many scams perpetrated by the self-proclaimed prophet Obama!

The worst fraud of 2008, and perhaps in American history, was Obama's presidential campaign.
