wivbtv.com/trouble shooter Last year we went to court after years of lies and denials. The jury found in our favor. Our lawyer took out a judgment against our builder of our house for putting in faulty windows. We fought this man for 10 years- paid out thousands of dollars to attorneys-- now we can find NO ONE to help us recoupe any of that money. Is this how our laws work? We are 76 yrs. old-- had to take out a home equity loan to replacethese cheap useless windows that never worked from day one. This man is working in Florida . How i dont know with a judgment againsr him. Our question is-- can you help us at all or we up against another brick wall? Sincerely Catherine Boslet.
