Saving excel report without all the columns and rows that are not being used in report (printscreen)

I need to save an excel report to post on a board for viewing - I do not want all the columns and rows saved that are not on the report.  I do have much computer knowledge but do know that I will need to printscreen and paint the report and I believe save it jpg  -As you can tell by my question I need very detailed instructions!!!  I appreciate any help anyone can give me!!  THANKS

You can hide unwanted columns/rows by highlighting them, right clicking with the mouse and choosing Hide from the options.  If you just want to print a certain area, highlight the area (keep left mouse button down and move mouse to cover the area) and then in the print menu choose Selection in the Print what section.
