Sarah Palin's Impact

In his first post-election interview, John McCain said he "couldn't be happier" with his choice of running mate Sarah Palin. How do you think she affected the election -- and what lies ahead for her?

i think she has a lot more to learn, but she could do a lot for this country. i think she has the best in mind for this country. i don't think she hurt john mccain at all. if by just being a woman, a lot of people weren't ready for a woman to potentially become president. otherwise, hilary clinton would have beat obama.  but by her actions? no, i don't believe so. john mccain took blame for it and that is where it should lie. his campaign was very very negative and  a lot of people don't like that. plus the country was ready for republicans to step down and let democrats take over. personally i don't know why anyone would want to be president. especially now.

She was a breath of fresh air even if she never really said anything important about the issues and how to solve them. If she had not used her office to help her family it may have been a closer race. She learned alot and will be back in the future..Bet on it. Keep the clothes Sarah....you earned them and alot more.

I think she brought a quirky milf outlook to the election and i think she will be a regional manager for hooters and start her own abortion clinics

Oh, please!! Palin was an insult to any free thinking females registered to vote in the USA.  Send Caribou Bimbo Barbie home....and keep her there!!  John McCain was a viable candidate for change until Mooseburger Mama came on the scene. the mere taint of possible unethical behavior in office in Alaska was the death knell early on. Soccer mom's certainly should not strive to emulate this reject.!

I feel she wasn't ready for the office of VP let alone President if need be.  I feel McCain's selection of Palin was an act to get elected.  He was not putting "Country First", it showed bad judgement and we don't need another President to make bad judgements.

Do you really think 4 years is long enough to train a jackass to run a country?

This woman is truely ignorant to the point of scarey.  Anyone who would vote for her would have to be willing to vote for any person put on the republican ticket. PLEASE!  she`s a joke, don`t you get it?
