I agree with you. Everyone makes mistakes and the candidates should not be judged solely based on their past life decisions. While I personally think that if you looked further into Palin's past, you might not consider her such a good Christian as yourself, I agree with the point you make. We should be looking at policy only, because we want a leader, not just a friendly face. Unfortunately, I fail to see the leadership qualities in Palin that I feel are necessary in a potential President of the United States.
