Sarah Jesica Parker Anorexia?

Sarah Jessica Parker says she's an "eater" and lists all the things she's eaten in the last couple of days.

I have a friend who swears she eats, but she takes one bite of something, and says she's not hungry anymore. Wouldn't it be more the quantities than what she's really eaten? I mean, she can say she's had steak, but has actually only ate like a half ounce.

I don’t think she is Anorexic, she is just skinny and small. I heard that she works out a lot, her arms are so muscular, and anorexic people do not have such muscular arms.
