I live in Santa Ana, CA and have 3 warrants for FTA (Failure to Appear) 2 For driving without a license and 1 for minor in possession of alcohol. How should I take care of this without being arrested.
No easy answer for this............I would seek a lawyers advice............
Go to court and tell the baliff your situation and they will have your case put on the calendar. depending on how long ago the ftas were they may put you in handcuffs. but if you go to court be prepared to pay the fines or you will go to jail.
You can get a hold of a bondsman they will look up the bond amount, thaen you will have to meet them at the county jail... And they will have you do a "walk through" this means.... you put up the cash bond and the police will book you finger print you and give you a court date, without being put in jail, thyen your bonds man will sign your court papers with you saying that yoiu will show up to court. This looks much better to te judge that you turned your self in instead being brought in.
