Sagging dresser drawers

How does one repair dresser drawers that sag? A few years ago I bought a dresser for my son from Ikea and every drawer is popped out at the bottom. They have no support down the middle under the drawer. Is there a simple way to attach a slat or a dowel under there? Can one buy something already made to fit? Thanks for any help you can give me, the dang thing is so heavy and well constructed other wise, I can’t get it out of the room.
