Safest part of plane

Where is the safest part of plane? Where is it better for me to sit? Any statistics on least damaged seats on plane crash?

I've been watching the Air Crash Investigation series on the NGC, and many of the survivals of a plane crashed in a mountain range were from the back of the aricraft. Still, I believe that every accident is different and there's no such thing as safest part of the plane.
