If I take the recommended amount of Ephedrine, not to ever exceed that amount, will I still be at a higher risk of heart attack then someone who abuses the drug?
No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world.
As long as you are taking the normal amount, you shouldn't be at a higher risk of a heart attack. Keep in mind that according to MedicineNet.com, EPHEDRINE should not be used in combination with other stimulant products (e.g., caffeine), other cough-and-cold products, or as a dietary supplement for the purpose of weight loss or body building. Doing so may increase your risk of unlikely but potentially fatal side effects that might include a heart attack.
And how are you feeling today?
Ephedrine is a dangerous stimulant that I think unless you're prescribed the drug by a medical doctor, it's never safe to take.
