If I'm understanding the question correctly, you need not really worry about reporting your own message as spam. All this does is place the message in your Spam Folder where, if you wish, you can go in Mark as Not Spam. Even if you don't do this, marking one message from yourself as spam will not have any significant effect on your Spam Controls or overall email experience.
