I have a dinning room table that is 42" x 60" and ...

I have a dinning room table that is 42" x 60" and the dinning room is 12' x 11'  and it has a 12 ft. Ceiling.  And the ceiling is in a hexigan shap.  I am considering purchasing a chandelier that is 28" x 36 " high.  Would this size work ok in my dinning room? Thanks, glo
