The person you think you dislike the most is the one you become most like!
My youngest brother and I used to be so close. I was the first one to stand up for him when He "came out of the closet" but now since my walk with the Lord has become stronger and my brother and I have become distant to one another I have felt so convicted to share the biblical scriptures with him about the abomination of his lifestyle. We are no longer speaking and I feel as if maybe I should not have sent these scriptures to him but my conviction was so strong that I felt God wanted me to plant this seed. My daughter is upset with me and said I used this as a retaliation against my brother and that I was wrong in using these scriptures and that it is not my place to try and save him. Was I wrong (its too late anyway) but was I?
your brother its a grown men and what he doest with his life its hes problem, you wear wrong you cant tell people what to do with there life. All you can do its love him. pray for his happiness. I have to say the you try to bully him in to doing your will and you are not god. my say to you its apologise and no mater what he says to you understand the his hurt and what he tell you its only right you broke his heart . he did not had to hear that from you the only person the he trust ,but blood its thicker than water so apologise and remember we are all in charge of our on life's and no one has the right to tell us what to do, we make our on choices. ps. brother fight all the time and sometimes they say bad thinks to each other. The think to do it to learn from it and don't repeat it again the bible its not to be use to bully people in to doing what you say. everyone its in charge of there on life.
Thanks magix!! I was hoping someone with a Godly heart would answer! I have never professed to be perfect or a non-sinner for under the eyes of God all have sinned! I just have finally realized how society has made us feel so secure in accepting their lifestyles and how ridiculed someone with God's beliefs have been made to feel inferior to them! How could we as a society believe such stuff other than by the Devils hand. Time is near for the harvesting of God's children and I was just so hoping that I could make a final attempt to plant a seed in my 50 yr old brother. I know he made this choice for his life and that it was not just a fluke of nature, that is such a copout when they use that term. I agree that society has taken it to extreme when now even daytime soaps have gay and lesbian plots now too in their shows. What a sad state the world has gotten itself into and we wonder why there is so much crime and hate in the world? The Devil is sitting back and say ahhhh I have done good cause I am turning God's people away from the truth!!!!
