Jeremiah 23:19
Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked

A:

We also have to remember that God does what is good for all people, and he does it in his time......for he sees all where our view of the world is shortsided.

So many people gather together and pray for something, then their faith is gone because it did not get answered.  When we pray even gathered together we should always make it according to God's will.

Even when Jesus was facing his final hour, and went to the Father............he said Father if it is your will let this hour past from me.  So many forget that.  We only want his will for his will is perfect and he knows all and sees all.

Matthew 26(King James Version)

39And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

I like what you have written and totally agree.

God knows what he is doing, while we are trying to figure it out. God will allow things to happen for the greater good in the end. Some people ask, "why does God let bad things happen" I even remember asking that when I hit rock bottom. Although I was of the world and materialistic, I had faith because of my Christian upbringing. But, almost lost my faith because God allowed me to lose everything...nice cars, big home, rich husband, furs, trips, jewelry, money.

Then, it came to me that God was stripping away worldliness/materialistic one strip at a time to rebuild me into a humble Christian servant of the Lord. When I look back, I am not the person I used to be and give God all the glory. I could not have done it without Him, as he saved me. That was His will for me and His will was done whether I wanted it or not. I had to submit to the will of the Lord and not fight it. In the end, it was best for me anyway, as it made me a far better person.  I do not miss the lavished life I had! I will, however, miss not having God in my life.

Thanks for your excerpt and keep them coming. God bless Smile
