First thing I would do is conduct a thorough crime scene investigation of the apartment and surrounding area where she fell. If the forensic team is any good, they can determine if it was foul play, accidental or suicidal. Most suicides involving young models eminate from serious clinical depression and/or bipolar manic depressive disorder. Not knowing her at all, it is very difficult to ascertain the nature of her death. If she left no note or made any indications she was in despair or in need of companionship or a recent loss of a loved one, relationship problem(s) and the like...it may have been accidental. Most suicides are conudcted without warning and without forethought, as most folks regardless of their mental health issues do not wish to leap out of 9th story windows. My condolences on her passing and like I said, not knowing her makes it difficult to render a salient resolution to your plight. Obviously, she was loved...that loss is hard to deal with. Do not be afraid to obtain a copy of the police report and coroner's/medical examiner's report so as to see what law enforcement and the science were thinking. If no foul play...possibly accidental, but like I said...thorough photos of the crime scene will rule out any questions.
