Runescape Quest - Dragonslayer Oracle problem

To just get the answer read the part with the italics added - I actually wrote the question and am also providing the answer for all those new players on Runescape. I love playing Runescape and I try to help out those newbies or "noobs" as they are often called in Runescape, because I was never helped when I was a noob on Runescape. So I am trying to end an unfortunate fact about most MMORPG's that the players that have been playing forever never help the noobs.

Well to help you past this problem you need to ask all the questions from the guild master at the Champion's Guild . Ask all the questions about all the map pieces and any other question options that pop up. You may need to go back to him and ask more questions after the first couple of tasks like talking to Oziach. Again, do not miss any question options that the guild master offers. I promise this is what is causing the problem , after doing this everything else in the quest will work, like the Oracle telling you to find the door in the mine.

P.S. The reason I have included this particular quest question is because I get asked this question the most by noobs when I'm mining addy in the dwarven mine.
