Any router will work. Stay away from a G router if you have an older house, a large house or a lot of various electronic devices that could interfere. I prefer the         Dual Band N Routers from Linksys or Net Gear, which operate on a 2.4 and 5.1 frequency to avoid interference from household electronics, and offer even more enhanced range and speed. Walmart usually has these right around $100. Check ads for Staples, Best Buy and OfficeMax whom may also have great deals.
