How does the economy of Romania and Bulgaria is going to change, following to their enter to the EU?

I think its real bullshit to include romania and bulgaria in the EU. Its a good idea to motivate their local economics but they are not ready for the EU.
Sorry.. just my opnion.. if you ask me.. Some countries who are allready member of the EU are also not ready. So it is not just a question of Bulgaria and Romania.
