I feel your frustration!  We've  lived in this house for 30+ years and last year was the first time that anything like this ever happened.   I thought it was over for good at the end of last summer but - guess what - this past week I heard that old familiar bang - bang - bang very early one morning.   And there he was at the same old window.   Do you think it's the same bird that just loves to annoy us?  I'm beginning to think it's "personal"!!!!
