Roach extermination

I used to live in my apartment which has a massive roach problem.

Some suggestions:

get a spray to get rid of them

roaches like food. Store them away carefully and hidden. Tighten all lids, containers, tabs on boxes, etc.

call an exterminator to get rid of them

practice good grooming and good hygiene- clean everything that you've got.

roaches like boxes and plastic bags

take out the trash frequently

squash everyone of them
