Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
Risk management means: Defining what is the risk(s), what will happend if and when, and what measures should be taken in order to minimize that risk.  Example:  You are a project mananger.  One of your risks is the prices and / or the availability of a certain raw material.  Without that raw material you won't be able to produce the product and hence won't be able to supply it on time (and that means: A, B, C.....).  As a manager you decide to alocate special funds to purchase all the requred materials now, far in advance [and that will cost you extra money].  Doing that you eliminated the risk.
Best regards,
