How can I get someone from AT&T to listen to me? For months I have been asking them to look at my file for the last 12 months to see how they are ripping me off. Each time I call ro complain, they transfer me as many as 5 times to different people that can supposedly help . For 6 months I have attempted to eliminate my service down to just 3 way calling. The person I speak with tells me my bill will only be $46. At the end of our conversation they always tell me when someone call me back and ask me if I am satisfied with the way the person handled the situation, for me to say "very satisfied." I am paying over $150 a month. Last week a group of people from a senior citizen group was going to sit in, while I spoke with an AT&T manager on speaker phone, but they refused. I want to get rid of AT&T immediately. Do you think I should bring my attorney in on this?
