Ripped Off By AT&T

How can I get someone from AT&T to listen to me?  For months I have been asking them to look at my file for the last 12 months to see how they are ripping me off.  Each time I call ro complain, they transfer me as many as 5 times to different people that can supposedly help . For 6 months I have attempted to eliminate my service down to just 3 way calling.  The person I speak with tells me my bill will only be $46.  At the end of our conversation they always tell me when someone call me back and ask me if I am satisfied with the way the person handled the situation, for me to say "very satisfied."  I am paying over $150 a month.  Last week a group of people from a senior citizen group was going to sit in, while I spoke with an AT&T manager on speaker phone, but they refused.  I want to get rid of AT&T immediately.  Do you think I should bring my attorney in on this?

That's the way to go Margie kick their ass!!! bring your attorney, but you know attorneys not free, so you got to make sure it's worth it.

The first thing you do is go to your state cimmissioner listed under Board of Utilities or Public Utilities Commission.  You ask them to help you with the grievanve and they will contact ATT on your behalf and solve the problem.  They live for this!  Good liuck..BF-NJ

Hi Margie,

The first thing I would do is to call and ask to speak to a supervisor. Then I would expain the problems you are having and then I would tell them I want this service or that service and that is ALL I want. You did not sign a contract and they are in this business for the MONEY. I plan to cancel a lot of what I have because what they promised is not what I got. And if you have a cell phone call friends and family on the weekend when it is free. Hoipe this helps.....Sherr
