Right over my head

I am trying to create a website & have got an admin account with "Joomla" set up. This is going right over my head, I must stick with it though. Can anyone give me any pointers, is there an instruction page for moving around this site that i'm unaware off? I hope someone understands what i'm on about!

is a quite good quick start tutorial, give it a try, but don't give up- it shouldn't be that complicated.

 I must give big thanks to "Korum" who sent me a "Joomla 1.0" starter guide, it has helped so much that i now have an idea of what i am doing.
