Right frontal lobe of the brian

I'm having trouble finding information on what the right frontal lobe of the brain does.  My mother has been diagnosised as having the right frontal lobe deteriorating faster than the left side.  She has been changing so much and I would like to be able to help her and the rest of the family understand what is happening to her.

Your creative mind is your ticket to greatnesss.

The frontal lobe is associated with reasoning, planning, parts of speech, movement, emotions, and problem solving. The right hemisphere is associated with creativity and the left hemisphere is associated with logic abilities.

Glucose Induced Events: Vildan N. Civelek, M.D., Ph.D., Prof., Endocrinologist, http://civelek.wetpaint.com, Email: vncivelek{at}gmail.com. In this research temporal sequence of glucose-induced intracellular metabolic (pyridine and flavine nucleotide redox state, Oxygen[O2] consumption, ATP/ADP ratio) and ionic (intracellular Hydrogen and cytoplasmic free Calcium) changes following addition of glucose to living beta-cell suspension has been determined. To determine the times when the earliest and half-maximal changes occurred multiple fluororescence spectrophotometric methods were used. In response to glucose a small decrease in the ATP/ADP ratio is among the earliest changes like the immediate changes in pyridine[NAD(P)H] and flavine (FAD) nucleotide redox state; this is followed by an increase in O2 consumption and the ATP/ADP ratio and then a rise in intracellular hydrogen ion concentration. After all these changes Calcium reached its half-maximal value at about 325±20 seconds.
